The eels we use are sourced live from carefully selected ponds such as Lake Hamana in Shizuoka prefecture, Isshiki town in Aichi prefecture, and the Osumi Peninsula in Kagoshima prefecture, and are transported by express or air freight.The reason for their deliciousness is that the eels are carefully deboned one by one by Daikoku's eel craftsmen, and then grilled with passion over Kishu Binchotan charcoal.
